About us
Just Julie's Emporium is where you'll find Freeze Dried treats, Home made safe and natural beauty products and maybe a few other surprises along the way.Opening of Shop
Freeze Drying food has been around actually longer than you might think. It was originally used during WW2 for stabilization of medical supplies. Today it's used for food preservation and yes, making amazing candy. We take a variety of popular candies including the ever popular Skittles™ and other brands and put them through a heat/vacuum process that turns them into light puffy versions. The best thing about the assorted Taffy flavors we do is they're no longer sticky and if you have problems chewing or have braces, you have found a solution to that challenge.
